Update your payment information using the online dashboard

If you haven’t fully subscribed to Callisto yet, you won’t have a billing method attached to your account. If you would like to subscribe and add one, you can do that using the online dashboard (https://app.callistoapp.com/). On both the “Dashboard” and “Billing” screens, you should see a blue “Subscribe” button like the one shown below, which will take you through the process of signing up for a paid account.
Changing Payment Method on a Paid Account
If you are subscribed to Callisto, and need to update your card information, you can do that on the “Billing” screen of the online dashboard (https://app.callistoapp.com/main/billing). You should see a depiction of your card similar to the one below:
If you click on the pencil icon in the top right corner, a window will open that prompts you for new card information. When you press submit, the new card information will be used for any future payments.
