Callisto was founded to address a growing problem with data science
notebooks: if you’re not a data scientist, they’re overwhelming and
complicated to use. Since data doesn’t mean much if you can’t
explore, share, discuss, and turn it into insight, it’s a major roadblock
for people who are working towards a discovery.
Callisto Notebook is a Mac and iPad native app that makes it easy for anyone to clean, prepare, and visualize their data. Compatible with Jupyter, you get all the exible software features, procedures, and collaboration you need to explore your data but with minimal coding.
That’s why we exist to help people unlock insight from data, so their ideas can breakthrough. We create tools that enable people to explore, understand, and use their data in an easy, fast, and intuitive way. Every day, we strive to make Callisto the best data science notebook on this side of the galaxy.
Callisto was launched despite a pandemic, murder hornets, Prince Harry quitting the royal family, stock market crash, impeachment…we could go on, but you get the idea.
The number of lines of code we wrote so you wouldn’t have to.
Before Callisto: the amount of time spent learning data science (the other 20% is spent complaining about it).
After Callisto: 100% of your time = insight.
We like to make data science fulfilling, fun, and a little weird. Join in on Facebook.
We do everything we can to support the growth and success of our customers’ ideas.
If the tool is too complicated to use, then the tool is stupid. So, we make stupid simple.

The first bear to ever enter data space, Calli is our team mascot. She reminds us that data science doesn’t have to be mind-numbing or dreary. It can be fast, easy, and even a little fun. No data problem is too big for Calli, so if all else fails, just call on her for help.
